        "content": "<p>Compliments to<br>\nPT Kreta Api<\/p>\n<p>On Oct. 22, I boarded the &quot;Argo Gede&quot; at Gambir railway <br>\nstation, leaving for Bandung at 6:10 p.m. I put my briefcase and <br>\nhand bag on top in the luggage compartment.<\/p>\n<p>Some time after leaving the station, about 15 minutes after <br>\nthe ticket check, the two ticket agents, Poppy and Leni, came <br>\nback to ask if I was missing a bag. I checked and sure enough my <br>\nbriefcase was gone. They assured me that the briefcase was <br>\nsecure. I followed them to the service compartment where I was <br>\ntold that the briefcase had been retrieved from a thief as he was <br>\nleaving the train in Gambir.<\/p>\n<p>A gentleman joined the conversation and assured me that he had <br>\ncalled Gambir and Bandung station manager and that the briefcase <br>\nwould be sent with the next train and delivered to my Hotel in <br>\nBandung. Only later I found out that this gentleman was the <br>\nPresident Director of PT Kreta Api (Persero).<\/p>\n<p>I&apos;d like to express my sincere appreciation and highly <br>\ncompliment all the people involved in the recovering of my <br>\nbriefcase. The briefcase was delivered the same evening without <br>\nanything missing.<\/p>\n<p>A great job.
