        "content": "<p>Jakarta \u2014 The Financial Services Authority (OJK) has imposed\nadministrative sanctions and prohibitions on multiple parties for\nviolations in the capital markets in connection with the Initial Public\nOffering (IPO) of PT Bliss Properti Indonesia Tbk.<\/p>\n<p>In a decision determined on 13 March 2026, the OJK found improper\npresentation of transactions in the company\u2019s financial statements that\ndid not provide economic benefit to the enterprise.<\/p>\n<p>Bliss Properti recorded related-party receivables from PT Bintang\nBaja Hitam totalling Rp31.25 billion in its 2019 annual financial\nstatements. Additionally, the company recorded advance payments to PT\nArdha Nusa Utama totalling Rp116.7 billion in financial statements from\n2019 through 2023.<\/p>\n<p>The OJK determined that both transactions were ineligible for\nrecognition as assets as they did not provide future economic benefit.\nThe funds, derived from the company\u2019s IPO proceeds, subsequently flowed\nto the company\u2019s controlling shareholder Benny Tjokrosaputro, totalling\nRp126.6 billion, and to PT Ardha Nusa Utama, totalling Rp116.7\nbillion.<\/p>\n<p>Following these findings, the OJK imposed an administrative sanction\ncomprising a fine of Rp2.7 billion against PT Bliss Properti Indonesia\nTbk.<\/p>\n<p>Benny Tjokrosaputro, as the company\u2019s controlling shareholder, was\nsubject to a lifetime ban from serving as a board member, director, or\nofficer of any company in the capital markets sector effective from the\ndate the decision was determined.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, several company directors were subject to sanctions.\nGracianus Johardy Lambert and Astried Damayanti, as directors during\n2019, were jointly liable for a fine of Rp110 million.<\/p>\n<p>Gracianus Johardy Lambert, Basuki Widjaja, and Eko Heru Prasetyo, as\ndirectors from 2020 through 2023, were jointly liable for a fine of\nRp1.95 billion.<\/p>\n<p>Beyond the fine, Gracianus Johardy Lambert, who served as the\ncompany\u2019s President Director during 2019\u20132023, was also subject to a\nfive-year prohibition from engaging in capital markets activities.<\/p>\n<p>The OJK also imposed sanctions on auditors.
