The\nevent is not merely a planting ceremony; it is a tangible manifestation\nof the state\u2019s presence through the Police to touch directly the basic\nneeds of those who till the land. The support is felt directly by 215\nfarmers from 44 farmer groups under the auspices of Polda Metro Jaya. As\na form of modernisation, the Police distributed Agricultural Equipment\nand Machinery (Alsintan) consisting of 4 hand tractors, 4 water pumps,\nand 5 hand sprayers, along with a symbolic handover of high-quality\nseeds and fertilisers. The combination of machinery technology and the\navailability of production inputs is expected to significantly boost\nyields. With adequate tools, farmers can prepare larger plots of land in\na shorter period than with traditional methods, thereby sharply\nincreasing work efficiency. Deputy Chief of Police (Wakapolri) Komjen\nDedi Prasetyo emphasised that this physical support is part of a larger\necosystem being built together. He stressed the importance of\ninvolvement from many parties to ensure that the tools deliver real\neconomic benefits to farming households. \u201cWe provide financing support\nthrough an internal cooperative for the needs of seeds, fertilisers, and\nagricultural machinery (Alsintan).
