        "content": "<p>REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, BANDUNG \u2013 West Java Governor Dedi Mulyadi has stated\nthat he will soon meet the Minister of State Apparatus Utilization and\nBureaucratic Reform (Menpan RB) to discuss the problem of non-permanent\nworker salaries in West Java that cannot be disbursed. The West Java\nProvincial Government claims to have prepared the funds for\ndisbursement. \u201cAs answered earlier, the money is available and has been\nallocated, but there is a circular from Menpan RB that prohibits us from\npaying non-permanent workers,\u201d he said at the Pakuan Building on\nWednesday (22\/4\/2026). He explained that if the West Java Provincial\nGovernment pays the non-permanent workers\u2019 salaries, it is feared there\nwill be financial deviations.
