        "content": "<p>Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia - The Government and Commission XI of the\nHouse of Representatives (DPR) have agreed on the key points resulting\nfrom the discussions by the Working Committee (Panja) regarding the\ndraft amendment to the Financial Sector Development and Strengthening\nLaw (UU P2SK) Number 4 of 202lar.<\/p>\n<p>The Chairman of Commission XI, Mukhamad Misbakhun, officially\nratified the agreement after the working committee\u2019s report was approved\nby all parliamentary factions within Commission XI, alongside the\ngovernment, represented by Finance Minister Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa and\nMinister of Law Supratman Andi Agtas.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI hereby strike the gavel to signify that this working committee\nreport is valid, and its decisions will be processed further,\u201d said\nMisbakhun in the Commission XI meeting room, Jakarta, on Wednesday\n(3\/6\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>During the working meeting, the Chairman of the P2SK Bill Working\nCommittee and Vice Chairman of Commission XI, Mohammad Hekal, presented\nthe primary material and regulatory contents of the bill. \u201cThere are 17\nkey points of material and regulation within the P2SK amendment bill\nthat have been agreed upon during the working committee discussions,\u201d\nHekal stated.<\/p>\n<p>Before detailing the 17 points, Hekal noted that the drafting and\nsynchronisation teams have formulated the new law to consist of 2 Roman\nnumerals and 10 amendment figures, totalling 145 articles in total.\nThese articles are the result of a thorough review of 1,212 items from\nthe Government\u2019s List of Issues (DIM), comprising 805 items for the main\nbody and 407 items for the explanations, including emerging topics\ndiscussed during the committee sessions.<\/p>\n<p>From the 1,212 DIM items, 485 were integrated into the main body and\n224 into the explanations.
