        "content": "<p>PT PLN (Persero) supports the government\u2019s Work From Home (WFH)\npolicy by maintaining the reliability of electricity supply and\nproviding various electricity services through PLN Mobile.<\/p>\n<p>As WFH is implemented, work activities from home increase. The use of\nelectronic devices such as laptops, room coolers, and other supporting\ndevices becomes more intensive, thus increasing electricity power\nneeds.<\/p>\n<p>Executive Vice President of Corporate Communications &amp; TJSL PLN,\nGregorius Adi Trianto, said that the increase in home activities during\nWFH drives greater electricity power needs.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe use of electronic devices while working from home is more\nintensive and lasts longer, so electricity power needs also increase.\nCustomers can adjust these needs through the power addition service\navailable in PLN Mobile in a practical manner,\u201d said Gregorius.<\/p>\n<p>He added that PLN Mobile also provides various electricity services\nin one application, from power addition to other services.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBesides power addition, customers can also make electricity bill\npayments, token purchases, new installation applications, to independent\nmeter recording in one application,\u201d said Gregorius.<\/p>\n<p>To apply for power addition, customers simply open the PLN Mobile\napplication, select the Power Change and Migration menu, enter the\nCustomer ID or meter number, complete the data, and continue the process\nuntil payment. This process can be monitored directly through the\napplication.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, if there are electricity issues, customers can also\nsubmit complaints through the PLN Mobile application by opening the\nComplaint menu, completing the report details, including photos and\ndescriptions, and selecting the arrival time for technicians.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIn one application, customers can manage their electricity needs\nmore easily and practically according to daily activities,\u201d said\nGregorius.<\/p>",
