Jakarta \u2014 Hundreds of combined security personnel have been deployed\nin the centralised Operation Ketupat Jaya 2026 to ensure the security of\nEid al-Fitr holiday celebrations (1447 Hijriah) across the Thousand\nIslands.<\/p>\n
\u201cThis personnel parade represents the readiness of all security\nelements in providing a sense of safety and comfort to the community\nduring the Eid al-Fitr celebrations,\u201d said AKBP Argadija Putra, Police\nChief of Thousand Islands, whilst leading the personnel parade at the\nThousand Islands Police Station on Thursday.<\/p>\n
Operation Ketupat Jaya 2026 involves 201 combined personnel\ncomprising 65 members from the National Police (Polri), 10 military\npersonnel (TNI), 44 Civil Protection officers (Satpol PP), and 15 health\ndepartment officials.<\/p>\n
The operation also includes 24 transportation department personnel,\n12 firefighters, and 31 members from the Community Early Warning Forum\n(FKDM).<\/p>\n
\u201cThis operation represents Polri\u2019s commitment together with the\nmilitary, local government, and all stakeholders in providing maximum\nsecurity to the community celebrating Eid al-Fitr, including the\nactivities of residents and tourists in the Thousand Islands region,\u201d he\nstated.<\/p>\n
AKBP Argadija emphasised to all personnel involved that they must\ncarry out their duties with full responsibility and enhance inter-agency\ncoordination to provide the best service to the community.<\/p>\n
