        "content": "<p>Coffee dispute resolved<\/p>\n<p>SINGAPORE (AFP): A Singapore appeals court resolved a brewing<br>\ndispute between coffeemakers by ruling the word \"coffeemix\" was<br>\nnot exclusive to one manufacturer, the Straits Times reported<br>\nWednesday.<\/p>\n<p>The court on Tuesday ruled that Super Coffeemix Manufacturing,<br>\na listed Singapore company, and an Indonesian firm and the<br>\nSingapore importer of Indocafe Coffeemix, were both free to use<br>\nthe word \"coffeemix\" for its products.<\/p>\n<p>Super Coffeemix had sued the Indonesian firm and the Singapore<br>\nimporter for trademark infringement in the High Court, which<br>\ndismissed the case last October.<\/p>\n<p>Coffeemix is a combination of coffee powder, sugar and non-<br>\ndairy creamer in a packet which is added to hot water to make an<br>\ninstant cup of coffee.<\/p>",
