        "content": "<p>Serang Police planted 3,000 trees in an area of idle land belonging\nto PT Indah Kiat Pulp &amp; Paper (IKPP) in Tegal Maja Village, Kragilan\nSubdistrict. The tree planting was carried out to support the Clean\nIndonesia Movement (Safe, Healthy, Clean, and Beautiful).<\/p>\n<p>The planted land area is approximately 2.7 hectares owned by PT IKPP.\nA total of 3,000 trees were planted, consisting of various types such as\nteak, sengon, and mahogany, which have high ecological and economic\nvalue.<\/p>\n<p>Chief of Serang Police AKBP Andri Kurniawan stated that tree planting\nis a concrete form of support from Serang Police for the government\u2019s\nprogramme in preserving the environment.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is an effort by Serang Police to support President Prabowo\nSubianto\u2019s Asta Cita programme in environmental preservation, while\nstrengthening synergy between the National Police and local government\nofficials and the community,\u201d said Andri on Friday (24\/4\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>Andri hopes that the tree planting will increase public awareness of\nthe importance of protecting the living environment from an early\nage.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe success of the environmental preservation programme cannot be\nachieved alone, but requires collaboration between government, police,\nprivate sector, and the community,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Banten Provincial Police Chief Irjen Hengki expressed\nappreciation for the initiative and hard work of the Serang Police\npersonnel in successfully carrying out the activity.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI appreciate the Chief of Serang Police and all personnel who have\ncontributed to preserving nature.
