Latuconsina<br>\nsaid the rule also applied to wives of the civil servants grouped<br>\nin the Dharma Wanita organization.<\/p>\n<p>Latuconsina said civil servants were required to vote for<br>\nGolkar because as a pillar of the bureaucracy they should unite<br>\nbehind the ruling grouping.<\/p>\n<p>\"But mind you, the civil servants are not being intimidated to<br>\nvote for Golkar.
