The government\nconfirmed the 13th salary will be paid as early as June 2026.<\/p>\n<p>The policy is outlined in Government Regulation No.\u00a09 of 2026, signed\nby President Prabowo Subianto on 3 March 2026. The 13th salary is\ngranted as recognition for civil servants\u2019 service to the nation and to\nboost public purchasing power and support national economic growth.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThirteenth salary as referred to in Article 2 shall be paid no\nearlier than June 2026,\u201d states Article 15 Paragraph 1, cited Sunday\n(24\/5\/206).<\/p>\n<p>However, if payment is not made in June 2026, disbursement can still\noccur after that month. This is stipulated in Article 15 Paragraph\n2.<\/p>\n<p>What will be the amount of the 13th salary for civil servants?<\/p>\n<p>According to the same regulation, the ASN 13th salary consists of\nbase salary plus various allowances, including family allowance, food\nallowance, position or general allowance, and performance allowance.<\/p>\n<p>Article 9 Paragraph 1 explains that the Eid allowance and 13th salary\nfunded by the State Budget for civil servants, PPPK personnel, TNI\nsoldiers, Indonesian National Police members, state officials, public\nbroadcasting institution leaders, and non-civil servant staff at public\nbroadcasting institutions comprise (a) base salary, (b) family\nallowance, (c) food allowance, (d) position or general allowance, and\n(e) performance allowance, based on rank, position, job level, or\nclass.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Article 9 Paragraph 2 states that the 13th salary funded\nby the Regional Budget for civil servants and PPPK personnel includes\n(a) base salary, (b) family allowance, (c) food allowance, (d) position\nor general allowance, and (e) additional income up to the maximum\nreceived in one month for regional institutions providing extra income,\nconsidering regional fiscal capacity and in accordance with applicable\nregulations, based on rank, position, job level, or class.<\/p>",
