        "content": "<p>Civil servant number imbalance<\/p>\n<p>MAKASSAR, South Sulawesi: State Minister for Administrative<br>\nReforms Feisal Tamin said on Tuesday that the number of civil<br>\nservants between the western and eastern parts of Indonesia were<br>\nunbalanced.<\/p>\n<p>\"There are only 555,648 civil servants in the eastern part of<br>\nIndonesia, but there are over 2.4 million on Java alone,\" he<br>\nsaid.<\/p>\n<p>Feisal said that provinces in the eastern part of Indonesia<br>\nhad only demanded infrastructure development, and had never asked<br>\nfor an increase in the number of civil servants.<\/p>\n<p>He pointed out that civil servants had always lacked<br>\nprofessionalism, which had disappointed the public in the end<br>\nbecause of the poor service they provided.
