They criticised the 2026 SPPI\nprogramme organised by the Ministry of Defence in cooperation with the\nTNI, arguing the military\u2019s involvement in the cooperative scheme\ncontradicts the TNI Law. The coalition assessed that the policy is\nflawed to the point of causing fatalities and that the military approach\nundermines the essence of the cooperative system, which should be run\nbased on members\u2019 needs.
