        "content": "<p>City drafts bylaw on transportation<\/p>\n<p>JAKARTA: The City Land Transportation Agency (DLLAJ) has<br>\ncompleted a draft of a bylaw on city transportation that will<br>\nsoon to be submitted to the City Council.<\/p>\n<p>The head of the agency, Rustam Effendi, said on Friday that<br>\nthe bylaw would govern the city's comprehensive transportation<br>\nsystem, which includes bus services, an MRT system and the<br>\nrailway network.<\/p>\n<p>In the future, all large city buses will be integrated into<br>\nthe busway being developed by the city administration. Large<br>\nbuses will only operate on main roads, Rustam said.<\/p>\n<p>Rustam also said that the busway would be supported by other<br>\ntransportation routes served by medium-sized buses, and the<br>\nmedium-sized bus system would be supported by smaller public<br>\nvehicles.<\/p>\n<p>\"All these systems will support each other and operate<br>\nwherever people go,\" said Rustam, adding that there was no time<br>\nframe on when the comprehensive transportation system could be<br>\nimplemented.-- JP<\/p>",
