The decision was approved at the Annual General Meeting of\nShareholders (AGMS) held at Le Meridien Hotel Jakarta on Tuesday\n(12\/5\/2026). CITA Corporate Secretary Yusak Lumba Pardede stated that\nthe total cash dividend distributed reaches Rp 1,392,000,000,000. In\naddition to distributing dividends, the company also set aside Rp 1\nbillion for general reserves and retained earnings of Rp 1 trillion.\nAccording to the company\u2019s disclosure of information, shareholders\nentitled to receive the dividend are those listed in the Shareholder\nRegistry (DPS) on 26 May 2026 at 16:00 WIB.
