"summary": "Traffic on the Cipali toll road towards Jakarta experienced congestion at several points on Thursday (26\/3) due to vehicles stopping on the roadside, primarily caused by driver fatigue during long journeys from the east. Although overall traffic volume was 27% lower than the previous day, with around 21,000 vehicles passing through the former Cikopo toll gate by 08:00 WIB, slowdowns occurred because of increased stops for mechanical issues or rest. Astra Tol Cipali, in collaboration with local police, implemented situational open-close systems at rest areas to manage flow and advised drivers not to stop on shoulders when facilities are full.",
