        "content": "<p>Cilacap to have toll road<\/p>\n<p>CILACAP, Central Java (JP): The Cilacap administration plans<br>\nto build a 80-km toll road connecting the Central and West Java<br>\nprovinces.<\/p>\n<p>Cilacap Regent Herry Tabri said on Wednesday that a qualified<br>\ninvestor had agreed to support the Rp 800 billion (about US$114<br>\nmillion) project. He declined to reveal whether the support came<br>\nfrom a local or foreign investor.<\/p>\n<p>He said the final design was still on the drawing board, but<br>\nthat the toll road project would begin in 2000.<\/p>\n<p>Intercity buses and trucks heading for the southern part of<br>\nCentral Java and Yogyakarta (from West Java) would in the future<br>\nenjoy a smoother run, he said. \"Moreover the toll road would<br>\nboost the economy of less developed villages in the southern part<br>\nof Central Java.\"<\/p>\n<p>The turnpike will extend from Dayeuh Luhur district, which is<br>\nadjacent to the West Java province, to Kroya.
