        "content": "<p>Cilacap residents to be evacuated<\/p>\n<p>CILACAP, Central Java: At least 400 families in Cilacap<br>\nregency could be forced to evacuate their homes to make way for<br>\nthe construction of an electricity power plant by PT Bimantara<br>\nCitra and the state-owned mining company, Pertamina.<\/p>\n<p>Rahardjan Sudjani, the head of the local development planning<br>\nagency, said on Thursday that a mapping team has been working on<br>\na proposal for areas to be appropriated for the project. The<br>\nproposal will be submitted to the National Land Agency.<\/p>\n<p>According to Rahardjan, the government has approached<br>\nresidents. \"The appropriation process should proceed smoothly,\"<br>\nRahardjan was quoted by Antara as saying.<\/p>\n<p>The project is expected to start soon and be completed on<br>\nMarch 31, 1999.
