        "content": "<p>Cholera found in Tonggolobibi<\/p>\n<p>PALU, Central Sulawesi: Health officials have found several<br>\ncases of cholera in Tonggolobibi, a fishing village that was<br>\ndevastated by a tidal wave earlier this month.<\/p>\n<p>The health office of the Donggala Regency has sent a medical<br>\nteam to the village to contain the disease, which besides being<br>\nfatal is also highly contagious, Antara reported quoting the<br>\noffice&apos;s chief, Dr. Alfin Mongi.<\/p>\n<p>The report did not say whether anyone had died of cholera.<\/p>\n<p>Alfin said there have also been complaints of malaria and<br>\npneumonia from people in Tonggolobibi and nearby villages.<\/p>\n<p>The Central Sulawesi Health Office has also sent medical<br>\nsupplies to the devastated areas, the news agency said.<\/p>\n<p>Eight people were killed by the tidal wave on Jan. 1.
