A Chinese national, identified only as JZ, has been expelled and\ndeported from Bali. The 29-year-old foreign man was found to have\nbreached immigration rules by working illegally as a project supervisor\non the Island of the Gods.<\/p>\n
The Head of the Denpasar Class I Immigration Office for TPI, R Haryo\nSakti, revealed that the activity was not in accordance with the terms\nof the Visa on Arrival (VoA) or visit stay permit held by JZ whilst in\nBali. Haryo stressed that the deportation formed part of the Immigration\nOffice\u2019s efforts to enforce the rules against foreign nationals\ncommitting immigration violations in Bali.<\/p>\n
\u201cThat administrative immigration action was carried out on the basis\nof Article 75 paragraph (1) of Law Number 6 of 2011 concerning\nImmigration,\u201d said Haryo in his statement on Tuesday (8\/9\/2026).<\/p>\n
Haryo explained that JZ was deported through I Gusti Ngurah Rai\nAirport on Monday (7\/9). According to him, officers from the\nIntelligence and Immigration Enforcement Section of the Denpasar Class I\nImmigration Office escorted the deportation process to ensure the entire\ndeparture procedure ran in accordance with regulations.<\/p>\n
JZ departed on flights with the codes MU7406 and MU5323 at 18.15 WITA\n(Central Indonesia Time). The foreign man subsequently left Bali on the\nDenpasar\u2013Shanghai Changsha route.<\/p>\n
Haryo reminded every foreign national in Indonesia that they are\nobliged to comply with all applicable laws. \u201cSupervision and enforcement\nof immigration violations will continue to be carried out firmly,\nmeasurably, and in accordance with the prevailing legislation,\u201d he\nconcluded.<\/p>\n
The Head of the Bali Regional Office of the Directorate General of\nImmigration, Ramdhani, commended the deportation carried out by the\nDenpasar Immigration Office. He stressed that any violation committed by\na foreign national will be dealt with according to the law.<\/p>\n
