Chinese medicine seller deported<\/p>\n
JAMBI: Immigration authorities announced yesterday that they
\nwould deport a Chinese national, Chen Liyun, 45, for misusing his
\nvisa.<\/p>\n
A local justice official, Woerjanto, said that Chen was
\ndetained on Wednesday in Angso Duo market, Jambi, after the
\njustice office received information about a Chinese man selling
\nin the market who could not speak Indonesian.<\/p>\n
\"After checking documents at the immigration service, we knew
\nthat Chen Liyun arrived in Indonesia on Oct. 25 through Soekarno-
\nHatta Airport,\" Woerjanto said.<\/p>\n
As reported by Antara, Chen told investigators that he came to
\nIndonesia with two friends, Liu Yujio and Huang Xidi, bringing
\nmedicine from China to be sold in Indonesia.<\/p>\n
According to Woerjanto, Chen will be deported as soon as
\ninvestigators finish their inquiries. (mds)<\/p>",
