        "content": "<p>Opening the Second APEC Senior Officials\u2019 Meeting in Shanghai on\nTuesday, China\u2019s Deputy Foreign Minister Ma Zhaoxu said trade,\nconnectivity, innovation, and development are mutually reinforcing\npillars to advance discussions across these areas ahead of the APEC\nEconomic Leaders\u2019 Meeting later this year.<\/p>\n<p>He added China is working toward outcomes on FTAAP as well as trade\ndigitization, cooperation in the service sector, and the list of\nenvironmental goods.
