        "content": "<p>Bank Indonesia (BI), through the National Strategic Food Price\nInformation Centre (PIHPS), reported that the price of shallots reached\nRp 50,950 per kilogram (kg), a decrease of Rp 2,650 per kg. Meanwhile,\nthe price of chicken meat was observed at Rp 37,200 per kg, an increase\nof Rp 50 per kg, and the price of garlic stood at Rp 43,600 per kg, an\nincrease of Rp 400 per kg. Additionally, lower-quality grade I rice was\npriced at Rp 14,600 per kg, and lower-quality grade II rice at Rp 14,600\nper kg. Medium-quality grade I rice was priced at Rp 16,300 per kg, and\nmedium-quality grade II rice at Rp 16,100 per kg. Super-quality grade I\nrice was priced at Rp 17,600 per kg, and super-quality grade II rice at\nRp 17,100 per kg. PIHPS further recorded the price of large red chillies\nat Rp 53,100 per kg, curly red chillies at Rp 53,500 per kg, green\nbird\u2019s eye chillies at Rp 51,900 per kg, and red bird\u2019s eye chillies at\nRp 69,750 per kg. The price of grade I beef was Rp 149,200 per kg, and\ngrade II beef was priced at Rp 140,200 per kg. For other commodities,\nthe price of premium granulated sugar was recorded at Rp 20,300 per kg,\nand local granulated sugar at Rp 19,750 per kg.
