        "content": "<p>Change of dates for phone bills payment<\/p>\n<p>JAKARTA (JP): PT Telkom, the state-owned telecommunications<br>\ncompany, announced yesterday that the dates for payment of this<br>\nmonth&apos;s telephone bills, which usually runs from Nov. 5-20, have<br>\nbeen rescheduled to Nov. 7-23.<\/p>\n<p>This applies to customers living in Jakarta, Bekasi,<br>\nTangerang, Cibinong and Depok.<\/p>\n<p>The change was made because of a new processing system for<br>\ntelephone bills.<\/p>\n<p>In an effort to make payment easier, the company has<br>\nestablished two payment systems: customers can pay their bills in<br>\ncash at appointed bank counters or pay through the System On Line<br>\nPayment (SOPP).<\/p>\n<p>Under SOPP, customers can pay their bills at the appointed<br>\nbank counters or at post offices appointed by PT Telkom.<\/p>\n<p>One advantage of this system is that customers can choose the<br>\ncounters where they want to pay their telephone bills.
