Bendungan Hilir (Benhil), Central Jakarta,<br>\nwill experience changes for three months because of the<br>\ninstallation of a sewer system, an official said yesterday.<\/p>\n<p>Soesila Darmoadji, spokesman for City Hall, said the new<br>\nsewarage pipe network will be installed in front of the Bendungan<br>\nHilir marketplace near the junction of Jl. Sudirman and Jl.<br>\nBendungan Hilir.<\/p>\n<p>No vehicles, except motorcycles, are permitted to turn left<br>\nfrom Jl. Sudirman onto Jl. Bendungan Hilir during the project's<br>\ninstallation phase.<\/p>\n<p>While work is in progress, traffic flow on Jl.
