        "content": "<p>The awards were symbolically received by Central Java Governor Ahmad\nLuthfi from the Minister of Education and Culture, Abdul Mu\u2019ti, at the\n2026 Education Celebration Evening at the Ministry of Education and\nCulture headquarters in Jakarta on Monday 25 May.<\/p>\n<p>During the event, Luthfi stated that the awards are expected to\nmotivate the Central Java Government to further improve its education\nprograms and services.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEducation is a mandatory prerequisite for enhancing human resources.\nWe have prepared 13 years of education, from primary to senior high\nschool, plus early childhood education,\u201d Luthfi said in a statement on\nTuesday 26 May 2026.<\/p>\n<p>Luthfi stated that the Central Java Provincial Government is focused\non improving education quality. One approach is changing the public\u2019s\nperception that SMP graduates must immediately enter the workforce,\nencouraging them to continue to senior high school.<\/p>\n<p>The government has introduced the School Partnership Programme,\ncollaborating with private schools to provide scholarships for\nlow-income families. A total of 5,004 slots are available for this\ninitiative.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThey can attend school for free and receive uniforms at no cost,\u201d\nLuthfi added.<\/p>\n<p>Among the awards received by Central Java are the Commitment to\nCompulsory 13-Year Education category, and recognition for successfully\ncollaborating with private schools in the 2025\/2026 Student Admission\nProcess (SPMB).<\/p>\n<p>The provincial government also secured first place in the Best\nPractice for Utilising the Indonesian Book Information System (SIBI) for\nlearning, and second place in Best Practice for Supporting the 2026\nAcademic Ability Test (TKA) implementation.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, several schools, students, and educators from Central\nJava individually won awards in various categories. The Young Digital\nInnovation Talent category was won by Year 5 student Anantacetta Reugra\nAbiraya from Al Kautsar Elementary School in Temanggung, while Rakhmi\nOktarini from Bobotsari State Senior High School 1 took second place in\nthe Dedicated Mentor category for the 2025 Medium Education Affirmation\nProgramme.<\/p>",
