Luthfi urged the delegation to utilise the training period to mature\ntheir abilities, mental strength, and competitive readiness. According\nto him, Central Java possesses significant assets to achieve high\nperformance. In addition to a large Muslim population, the province\nboasts numerous mosques, prayer rooms, and a high number of Hafiz and\nHafizah (Quran memorisers).<\/p>\n
He requested that participants maximise their training time, noting\nthat success cannot be achieved instantly but must be prepared through\nrigorous practice.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe success of an activity stems from its training. The proportion\nis 70 per cent training and 30 per cent execution. Pay close attention\nto all instructions from the coaches. We must truly internalise this,\nnot just as personal experience, but as experience for the future,\u201d\nLuthfi added.<\/p>\n
The Coordinator of Coaches for the Central Java Delegation, Sofyan\nHadi Musa, stated that the training has entered its sixth period.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe main focus is simulating how to perform at the MTQ, followed by\nassessment and feedback to ensure there are no deficiencies or errors\nduring the actual performance,\u201d said Sofyan.<\/p>\n
In addition to technical skills, the training is directed towards\nstrengthening the participants\u2019 mental resilience to ensure they can\nperform calmly and consistently before the panel of judges. A total of\n67 delegation members are participating in the training, consisting of\n56 core participants and 11 reserves, accompanied by 13 national coaches\nand 13 local coaches.<\/p>\n
The Vice Governor of Central Java and Chairperson of the Central Java\nLPTQ, Taj Yasin Maimoen, also urged participants to build their\nself-confidence.
