        "content": "<p>REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA \u2013 The Corruption Eradication Commission\n(KPK) has responded to the possibility of 57 former employees, who\nfailed the national insight test (TWK), being reinstated after the\nCentral Information Commission (KI) ruled that the State Personnel\nAgency must disclose the results of the test. The Central Information\nCommission partially granted the request of the 57 former KPK\nemployees.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYes, I will inform the Secretary-General and the Legal Bureau to\nconduct a review first,\u201d said the Chairman of the Corruption Eradication\nCommission (KPK), Setyo Budiyanto, at the Ministry of State Apparatus\nand Bureaucratic Reform building, Jakarta, Tuesday (24 February\n2026).<\/p>\n<p>Setyo explained that this is the KPK\u2019s initial response to the ruling\nby the Central Information Commission (KI), which the IM57+ Institute\nconsiders to be the beginning of the reinstatement of the 57 victims of\nthe 2021 KPK national insight test (TWK). Previously, on Monday, 23\nFebruary 2026, the Central Information Commission, during a hearing,\npartially granted the request regarding the information dispute\nconcerning the results of the KPK\u2019s TWK.<\/p>\n<p>The request was submitted by two former KPK employees who were\nconsidered victims of the TWK, which was conducted as part of the\nprocess of changing their status to civil servants (ASN) in 2021, namely\nIta Khoiriyah and Hotman Tambunan.<\/p>\n<p>They represent the 57 former KPK employees who were declared to have\nfailed the TWK. On a separate occasion, Ita Khoiriyah stated that the\nCentral Information Commission\u2019s ruling is one form of progress for the\nefforts to restore the 57 victims of the KPK\u2019s TWK, who have been\nseeking justice for the past five years.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Hotman Tambunan stated that the Central Information\nCommission\u2019s ruling is not only a victory for the 57 victims of the\nKPK\u2019s TWK.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is not only a victory for the victims of the TWK, but also a\nvictory for all forms of intimidation and manipulation against the fight\nagainst corruption and democracy,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>The Chairman of the IM57+ Institute, Laksa Anindito, stated that the\nCentral Information Commission\u2019s ruling confirms that there is no reason\nfor President Prabowo Subianto not to restore the status of the 57\nvictims of the KPK\u2019s TWK.<\/p>",
