        "content": "<p>The Directorate of Narcotics Crime at Bareskrim Indonesian National\nPolice will issue compulsory summons for three individuals linked to a\nsuspected misuse case of nitrous oxide (N2O) gas branded Whip-Pink,\nincluding a social media influencer identified as ZNM, after they failed\nto respond to two police summonses.<\/p>\n<p>The five individuals scheduled for questioning are RV (29), AM (29),\nCD (29), APG (21), and ZNM (20). Three of them have not confirmed their\nattendance despite a second summons issued on Monday, 25 May 2026.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOnly CD was questioned on Monday (25 May), and AM is being examined\ntoday. The other three\u2014RV, APG, and ZNM\u2014still have not complied with the\ninvestigators\u2019 summons,\u201d stated Bareskrim\u2019s Directorate of Narcotics\nCrime Director, Brigadier General Eko Hadi Santoso, in a statement to\njournalists on Friday, 29 May.<\/p>\n<p>Due to their lack of cooperation, Bareskrim will issue compulsory\nsummons to compel the witnesses to provide statements.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRegarding RV, APG, and ZNM who failed to attend, investigators will\nissue compulsory summons,\u201d Eko Hadi emphasised.<\/p>\n<p>The investigation aims to confirm details regarding the purchase and\nconsumption of Whip-Pink, including the social media influencer ZNM who\nwent viral online.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAdditionally, one consumer has recorded hundreds of transactions,\u201d\nhe added.<\/p>\n<p>The case originated from a raid on a production site for nitrous\noxide (N2O) gas branded Whip-Pink in Kemayoran, Central Jakarta.\nHundreds of ready for distribution Whip-Pink canisters were seized\nduring the operation.<\/p>\n<p>The raid, conducted on Monday, 13 April 2026, by Subdirector III of\nBareskrim\u2019s Narcotics Crime Directorate, followed intelligence about the\ncirculation of Whip-Pink N2O gas in Kemayoran, Central Jakarta.\nInvestigators then traced the location.<\/p>\n<p>The operation took place at two sites: a shop house in Gang Mantri,\nKemayoran, Central Jakarta, and a warehouse in a shop house on Rajawali\nSelatan Raya Street, RT 1 RW 6, Gunung Sahari Utara, Pademangan\nDistrict, North Jakarta.
