Cawang bypass should be avoided<\/p>\n
JAKARTA: The Jakarta Transportation Agency is to indefinitely
\nreroute traffic passing Cawang bypass, along Jl. Mayjen Sutoyo
\nand Jl. DI Panjaitan in East Jakarta on Friday, due to the
\nconstruction of an underpass.<\/p>\n
The agency advises motorists traveling along Jl. Letjen MT
\nHaryono\/Jl. Otto Iskandardinata heading to Jl. Halim
\nPerdanakusumah to use alternative roads, namely via Jl. Dewi
\nSartika and Jl. Cililitan Besar.<\/p>\n
Motorists from Jl. Halim Perdanakusumah heading to Jl. Letjen
\nMT Haryono are advised to go via Jl. Gereja\/Jl. Mayjen Sutoyo, or
\nJl. Dewi Sartika, while motorists passing Jl. DI Panjaitan
\nheading to Jl. Mayjen Sutoyo are advised to take Jl. Otista 3,
\nJl. Otto Iskandardinata and Jl. Dewi Sartika.<\/p>\n
In the announcement made available to the media on Thursday,
\nthe agency also advised motorists from Jl. Raya Bogor who are
\nheading to Jl. DI Panjaitan to take Jl. Dewi Sartika, Jl. Otto

JAKARTA: Police have spent Rp 78 million (US$9,176.50) to
\nrepair damages caused by the bombing at the National Police's
\nWisma Bhayangkari hall on Feb. 3.<\/p>\n
The head of the Wisma Bhayangkari building management,
\nWagimin, told the panel of judges at the South Jakarta District
\nCourt on Thursday that the money was mostly spent on renovating
\nthe damaged ceiling, windows and floor.<\/p>\n
Wagimin was testifying at the trial of Adj. Comr. Anang
\nSumpena, the sole defendant in the bombing case. The bomb claimed
\nno fatalities.<\/p>\n
A fingerprint belonging to the defendant was found on a piece
\nof shrapnel from the bomb.<\/p>\n
Anang is a former member of the police bomb squad. He was
\ndismissed from the force last year for issues relating to drug
\nabuse.<\/p>\n
Wagimin heard the explosion but was not at the scene at the

BOGOR: A mutilated body was found on Thursday morning,
\nfloating on the Cileungsi river in Gunung Putri district, Bogor
\nregency.<\/p>\n
Cileungsi Police chief Adj. Comr. Sartono said the body,
\npossibly female, was found by locals at around 6 a.m. missing its
\nhead and all four limbs.<\/p>\n
\"We are still investigating the case, searching along the
\nriver to find the other body parts,\" he said.<\/p>\n
The body was taken to the Bogor Indonesian Red Cross Hospital.
