        "content": "<p>JAKARTA \u2014 Jasamarga Metropolitan Tollroad through Representative\nOffice 2 and PT Jasamarga Tollroad Maintenance (JMTM) will install\ngantry signs on the Jakarta-Tangerang Toll Road (Janger) towards Merak.\nThe gantry installation is part of efforts to enhance safety and improve\ntraffic information for road users. \u2018During the works, Jasa Marga will\nimplement phased traffic management around the work site. At certain\nstages, the lifting and installation of gantry spans requires temporary\nclosure of all lanes for a limited duration to ensure the safety of road\nusers and on-site personnel,\u2019 said Senior Manager of Representative\nOffice 2 Jasamarga Metropolitan Tollroad, Ginanjar Bekti R, cited on\nFriday, 29 May 2026. The works are scheduled from Sunday, 31 May 2026,\n11:00pm WIB to Monday, 1 June 2026, 2:00am WIB at KM 23+950 to KM 24+450\ntowards Jakarta. The outer shoulder will be closed from 11:00pm to\n11:30pm WIB for material and crane mobilisation to the work site.\nSubsequently, the outer shoulder and Lane 1 will be closed from 11:30pm\nto 12:40am WIB for work sign installation, equipment preparation, and\ngantry pole erection. A temporary full lane closure will occur from\n12:40am to 12:50am WIB for median gantry pole installation. Then, the\nouter shoulder and Lane 1 will be closed again from 12:50am to 1:20am\nWIB for gantry span assembly and sign panel installation. Another\ntemporary full lane closure is scheduled from 1:20am to 1:30am WIB for\ngantry span installation. Finally, the outer shoulder and Lane 1 will be\nclosed from 1:30am to 2:00am WIB for site cleanup and removal of\ntemporary traffic equipment. Jasa Marga stated that the works will be\nconducted considering traffic and weather conditions to ensure safety\nand smooth execution. To avoid congestion during the works, drivers\nheading towards Merak are advised to consider alternative routes via\nnearby toll exits based on real-time traffic conditions. Jasa Marga also\nurged road users to plan travel times, comply with traffic signs and\non-site officers\u2019 instructions, and ensure sufficient electronic card\nbalance before entering the toll road.
