        "content": "<p>Blora, VIVA - Agus Listiyono, who previously served as the Acting\n(Plt) Secretary of the Council (Sekwan) of the Blora Regency DPRD in\nCentral Java, has been removed by Blora Regent Arief Rohman. This action\nwas taken because Agus used an official vehicle for personal purposes\noutside the district during Eid. \u201cThe replacement is a demonstration of\nthe local government\u2019s firmness to ensure that state facilities are not\nmisused,\u201d Arief stated on Wednesday, 1 April 2026. He revealed that as\nof today, the acting Sekwan has been replaced because the decree has\nbeen signed, with the replacement being Assistant III, so effective from\n1 April 2026, Agus Listiyono no longer holds the position of Acting\nSekwan of the Blora DPRD, having been succeeded by the Assistant III of\nthe Blora Regency Regional Secretariat. Arief explained that the\ndecision was made after Agus Listiyono admitted his error and issued a\npublic apology regarding the use of the red-plated official vehicle for\npersonal purposes. In addition to replacing the acting Sekwan position,\nthe Blora Regency Government has also issued a letter of reprimand to\nthe individual concerned. \u201cAs a form of firmness so that in the future\nno one exploits state facilities for personal interests, we have also\nissued a letter of reprimand,\u201d he said.
