Two flights were canceled Thursday.<\/p>\n<p>Cathay Pacific pilots launched a \"work-to-rule\" campaign in<br>\nearly July, aimed at disrupting flights without breaking<br>\nregulations after negotiations over pay, scheduling problems and<br>\nworking conditions fell apart.<\/p>\n<p>The Aircrew Officers Association, which represents about 1,300<br>\nof Cathay's 1500 pilots, will hold a meeting next Wednesday to<br>\ndecide whether to escalate the industrial action.<\/p>",
