        "content": "<p>PT Cashlez Worldwide Indonesia Tbk (CASH) has announced plans to\nimplement Limited Public Offering I (PUT I) through the Rights to\nPurchase Securities (HMETD) scheme as part of efforts to strengthen its\ncapital structure.<\/p>\n<p>The company, now known as cashUP, is offering up to 996,676,699 new\nshares, equivalent to 41.05% of the placed and fully paid-up\ncapital.<\/p>\n<p>Through this corporate action, the company could potentially raise\nfunds of up to approximately Rp 237.2 billion.<\/p>\n<p>In a press release cited on Thursday (9\/4\/2026), CASH management\nstated that the rights issue is being carried out to increase capital,\nin line with regulator requirements in the payment system sector.<\/p>\n<p>Referring to Bank Indonesia Regulation No.\u00a023\/6\/PBI\/2021 Article 62,\nPayment Service Providers (PJP) are required to maintain adequate\ncapital in accordance with the scale and business activities\nconducted.<\/p>\n<p>According to the company, the capital increase is part of adjustments\nto the continuous growth in Gross Transaction Volume (GTV).<\/p>\n<p>The company recorded a significant increase in the number of\ntransactions over the past two years.<\/p>\n<p>In 2024, the number of transactions was recorded at 1.5 million\ntransactions. This figure increased to 2.1 million transactions in 2025,\nrepresenting growth of 41.6%.<\/p>\n<p>Not only in terms of transaction volume, but transaction values also\nshowed higher growth.
