The\ninvestigation file submitted by the police to the Prosecutor\u2019s Office\nwas declared complete after a thorough review by the public prosecutor.\n\u201cBased on the results of an in-depth study by the Public Prosecutor and\nthe case exposure, the case file from the police investigator has been\ndeemed to meet the requirements to proceed to the prosecution stage,\u201d\nsaid Head of Intelligence at the Cilegon District Prosecutor\u2019s Office,\nNasruddin, on Tuesday (30\/6\/2026). Nasruddin stated that the\ncompleteness of the file is documented in the Notification of Completed\nCriminal Case Investigation Results, or P-21, numbered\nB-1687\/M.6.15\/Eoh.1\/06\/2026, dated 30 June 2026. \u201cAs a follow-up to the\nissuance of the P-21, the next step is the handover of the suspect and\nevidence (phase two handover) from the police investigation team to the\nProsecutor\u2019s Office, before ultimately being transferred to the District\nCourt for scheduling of the trial,\u201d he said. In this case, the suspect\nis charged with violating Article 458 paragraph (3) of Law No.\u00a01 of 2023\nconcerning the Criminal Code in conjunction with Law No.\u00a01 of 2026\nconcerning Criminal Adjustments, or secondly Article 58 paragraph (3) of\nLaw No.\u00a01 of 2023 concerning the Criminal Code in conjunction with Law\nNo.\u00a01 of 2026 concerning Criminal Adjustments, or thirdly Article 80\nparagraph (3) in conjunction with Article 76 C of Law No.\u00a017 of 2016\nconcerning the Stipulation of Government Regulation in Lieu of Law No.\u00a01\nof 2016 concerning the Second Amendment to Law No.\u00a023 of 2002 concerning\nChild Protection into Law in conjunction with Law No.\u00a035 of 2014\nconcerning Amendments to Law No.\u00a023 of 2002 concerning Child Protection\nin conjunction with Law No.\u00a01 of 2026 concerning Criminal Adjustments.\n\u201cThe Cilegon District Prosecutor\u2019s Office officially announces the\nlatest development regarding the handling of the alleged fatal violence\ncase that resulted in the loss of a child\u2019s life, which recently\nattracted widespread public attention (went viral) in Cilegon City, with\nthe suspect being HA (Heru Anggara bin Kodar),\u201d he said.<\/p>",
