Many Japanese speakers in the country still face\nlimitations in mapping job opportunities, understanding market dynamics,\nand adapting to the corporate culture of Japanese companies, or kigyou\nbunka. On the other hand, the needs of Japanese corporations in\nIndonesia are shifting. Companies are no longer just seeking translators\nor interpreters, but rather cross-functional professionals with Japanese\nlanguage competency. This demand spans various sectors, from\nadministration, sales, and human resources to finance, engineering, and\nmanagerial and executive levels. Responding to the imbalance between\nhuman resource supply and industry needs, Peoplyee has introduced\nKyariGo. This initiative is based on Peoplyee\u2019s more than 13 years of\nexperience supporting recruitment at over 1,200 Japanese companies in\nIndonesia. KyariGo is designed as a mid- to long-term career development\nplatform that combines a personal approach with technological\nadvantages. Through KyariGo, Japanese-speaking candidates can access a\ncomprehensive career support ecosystem.
