Workers at the developer of the popular game \u2018Candy Crush Saga\u2019,\nKing, have announced plans to strike next week following a deadlock in\ncontract negotiations.<\/p>\n
This was officially communicated through the Swedish trade unions\nUnionen and Sveriges Ingenj\u00f6rer. As reported by Engadget on Thursday\n(17\/9), developers at King have been attempting to negotiate union\ncontracts for several years.<\/p>\n
\u201cOur members at King are entitled to safe working conditions, a voice\nin their workplace, and clear rules that apply to everyone,\u201d Unionen\nwrote on the LinkedIn platform. \u201cThis is why Unionen is providing notice\nof strike action.\u201d<\/p>\n
