Habibie.<\/p>\n<p>The cabinet has plenty of academic power to tackle the<br>\ndaunting tasks ahead but only time will tell whether they can<br>\nhandle them.<\/p>\n<p>President Habibie is a professor, doctor and engineer, while<br>\nthe other professors in the cabinet are Muladi, Rahardi, Soleh,<br>\nFarid, Juwono, Malik, Yustika, I.B. Oka, Ginandjar and Haryono.<\/p>\n<p>Sixteen hold doctorate degrees: Bambang, Muladi, Rahardi,<br>\nSoleh, Kuntoro, Muslimin, Farid, Juwono, Yustika, Boediono, Zuhal<br>\nand Saefuddin. Six hold a master's degree: Giri, Marzuki, Tanri,<br>\nHendro, Juwono and Malik. And there are three medical doctors:<br>\nFarid, I.B.
