(BUMI) has announced\na change to its corporate logo, marking a significant milestone in the\ncompany\u2019s transformation journey. Chief Corporate Affairs Officer\nChristopher Fong stated that the new logo represents the company\u2019s\nambitions to become an increasingly diversified and globally competitive\nnatural resource enterprise.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur logo has existed for 20 years or more and was rather\ntraditional. We felt the need to change our image,\u201d Fong said at Plaza\nSenayan in Jakarta on Thursday, 12 March 2026. \u201cWe are not just changing\nthe logo; we are transforming our entire structure.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The company is currently expanding its portfolio into high-value\nmineral sectors including gold, copper, and bauxite, whilst also\ndeveloping downstream processing and strengthening various long-term\nsustainability initiatives.<\/p>\n<p>The new logo design draws inspiration from topographical contour\nlines, symbolising the company\u2019s close relationship with nature and its\nresponsibility in managing natural resources.
