        "content": "<p>Bulungan Complex for sports, arts<\/p>\n<p>JAKARTA: Head of the City Sports and Youth Agency, Yudhi<br>\nSuyoto, asserted over the weekend that the Bulungan Youth Sports<br>\nComplex in Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta, will not be open to<br>\noutside business activities.<\/p>\n<p>\"The complex will only provide facilities for sports and arts.<br>\nThere won't be any business activities here,\" he said, responding<br>\nto the city administration's plan to renovate the complex this<br>\nweek.<\/p>\n<p>Yudhi refuted rumors that the administration has cooperated<br>\nwith Klub Sejuta Foundation to manage the complex after the<br>\nrenovations.<\/p>\n<p>The administration has planned to self-finance the complex's<br>\noperational costs by opening a minimarket, a beauty parlor and a<br>\nboutique in the complex. It has become one of the most popular<br>\nplaces to hang-out for high school students.<\/p>\n<p>Yudhi said that the Sejuta Foundation -- which has used part<br>\nof the complex for youth activities -- would need to renew their<br>\ncontract in March 2004 instead of the original 2006.<\/p>\n<p>\"And we won't lease rooms for business,\" he added. -- JP<\/p>",
