        "content": "<p>The combined search and rescue team has recovered one more victim\ndead in the search operation for the flash flood victims in Banjar\nVillage, Banjar District, Buleleng Regency, Bali. The victim was found\non the third day of SAR operations on Sunday evening (8 March 2026).<\/p>\n<p>Kadek Donny Indrawan, Coordinator of the Buleleng SAR Post, said the\nsearch for the missing victim had continued since morning, with teams\ndivided across four search points. \u2018The search divisions are split into\nfour points,\u2019 Donny said.<\/p>\n<p>He explained that at 08:30 WIT the marine SAR team began patrolling\nusing a rubber boat. Four personnel from the Buleleng SAR Post together\nwith Balawista swept the waters from Banjar Beach toward the west.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, a rubber boat belonging to Polair Polres Buleleng with\nthree personnel conducted searches to the north. Elsewhere, the combined\nSAR elements swept along the Banjar River toward the sea and around the\narea where the first victim was found.<\/p>\n<p>Heavy equipment was also deployed to lift large debris carried by the\nflash flood. At around 11:40 WIT, the marine SAR team returned to Banjar\nBeach but had not located the victim.<\/p>\n<p>Search operations resumed at 14:00 WIT with a search of the waters\ntoward the west by the Buleleng SAR Post. Subsequently, at 15:07 WIT,\nthe Polair rubber boat again carried out searches to the east.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018The search in the waters located the target at about 15:42 WIT,\u2019\nDonny said.<\/p>\n<p>The victim was found dead. The victim was a boy wearing a blue\nT-shirt and was identified as Kadek Wahyu (12).<\/p>\n<p>The body was found in the waters off Desa Dencarik, around 3.5\nkilometres from the victim\u2019s home. It was then evacuated and taken to\nRSUD Buleleng.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier, during two days of searching, the combined SAR team had\nfound two other victims who died: Dewa Ketut Adi Suarjana (55) and\nKomang Suci (44).<\/p>\n<p>The day-three SAR operation involved various agencies, including\nBasarnas, TNI, Polri, BPBD Buleleng, PMI, Balawista, volunteers and\nlocal communities.<\/p>\n<p>Following an evaluation or debriefing held at 17:30 WIT, authorities\nconfirmed the SAR operation would resume on Monday (9 March 2026)\nmorning.<\/p>",
