        "content": "<p>Bukit Sentul case goes to court<\/p>\n<p>BOGOR: A prosecutor is seeking a six-month prison term for the<br>\nchairman of the Association of Owners and Tenants of Bukit Sentul<br>\nHousing Estate, who had protested the increase in garbage<br>\ncollection fees imposed by the housing management.<\/p>\n<p>Prosecutor Djamil Zaini told the Cibinong District Court that<br>\ndefendant Kunarso Suryoputra demonstrated &quot;antisocial behavior&quot;<br>\nby seizing a confidential document.<\/p>\n<p>The incident took place on Sept. 24, 2002 after the defendant<br>\nasked garbage collector Muhayat bin Akma from PT Sukaputra Graha<br>\nCemerlang why the garbage had not been collected from his house.<br>\nMuhayat said that he had been told not to collect the garbage<br>\nfrom the houses whose owners had not paid the garbage collection<br>\nfee.<\/p>\n<p>Kunarso then snatched from Muhayat&apos;s hand, a list of residents<br>\nwho had not paid the fee, as he wanted to make a copy of it.<\/p>\n<p>A resident of the housing estate wrote a letter to The Jakarta<br>\nPost in October 2002, to complain about the Bukit Sentul<br>\nmanagement because they increased the garbage collection fee by<br>\n350 percent. --JP<\/p>",
