Buildings with best management<\/p>\n
JAKARTA (JP): The professional management of office buildings
\nis an important consideration of firms in their selection of
\noffice space, according to a property consultant.<\/p>\n
\"Companies, particularly foreign firms, seek office space in
\nbuildings which they believe to be professionally managed,\" Craig
\nA. Phillips of international property consultant PT First Pacific
\nDavies Indonesia said.<\/p>\n
Developers, he said, should review the standards of building
\nmanagement which they apply.<\/p>\n
A release from the company offered tips for aspiring tenants.
\nIt said tenants should first recognize three types of building
\nmanagement -- buildings with in-house management, those managed
\nby local consultants and buildings managed by international
\nproperty consultants.<\/p>\n
Another tip was that tenants should check the experience of
\nthe management, and their familiarity with the management of
\nsuperblocks, large retail centers and other functions of
