        "content": "<p>Building on a road side<\/p>\n<p>From Kompas<\/p>\n<p>We, the residents of Empang subdistrict in South Bogor, are<br>\nconcerned over the renovation of a building which houses a<br>\nservice shop for Vespa scooters and is located on the side of a<br>\nnarrow road in our area. The problem is that the building is also<br>\nbeing enlarged to occupy part of the road.<\/p>\n<p>The shop owner should know that building on part of a public<br>\nroad is a violation of city regulations. As a result of the<br>\nviolation, the traffic problem along the road has become worse.<\/p>\n<p>We have written a letter of complaint to the city's public<br>\nworks office concerning the problem. Some of the officials from<br>\nthe office have even visited the area to inspect the construction<br>\nof the building. Yet the construction of the building has not<br>\nbeen stopped and no action has been taken against its owner.
