        "content": "<p>Builder responsible for falling billboard<\/p>\n<p>JAKARTA (JP): The building contractor which put up the<br>\nbillboard that collapsed killing a person and injuring four<br>\nothers was responsible for the accident, an advertising expert<br>\nsaid Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p>The advertising agency which put up the Ramayana department<br>\nstore billboard was not responsible for putting up the billboard,<br>\nsaid Koes Poedjianto, the director of Binamark advertising<br>\nagency, yesterday.<\/p>\n<p>\"The billboard construction is solely under the management of<br>\nthe contractor,\" Koes said.<\/p>\n<p>He said government agencies which issued the permit for the<br>\nbillboard's construction should also be held responsible.<\/p>\n<p>Koes was the Indonesian Association of Advertising Agencies'<br>\nformer chairman.<\/p>\n<p>A storm which hit the city last Sunday broke the billboard<br>\nwhich was at a shopping complex in East Jakarta. Strong winds<br>\nalso broke the antenna of a radio station in South Jakarta<br>\nkilling three people.<\/p>\n<p>Expert from the Meteorology and Geophysics Agency said<br>\ntropical storms would continue until February, causing winds of<br>\nup to 24 knots (40 kilometer per hour).
