        "content": "<p>Various economic events occurred on Thursday (31\/7), ranging from the\ngovernment following the Constitutional Court\u2019s decision regarding the\nseparation of the MBG budget to the decrease in Pertamax prices to\nRp15,950 per litre effective 1 August.<\/p>\n<p>Minister of Finance Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa stated that the government\nwill adhere to the Constitutional Court\u2019s ruling concerning the\nseparation of the Free Nutritious Meal (MBG) programme budget from the\neducation budget, to be implemented no later than 202lag8. \u201cWe will\nfollow the Constitutional Court\u2019s decision. It is set for 2028,\u201d Purbaya\nsaid at the Presidential Palace Complex in Jakarta.<\/p>\n<p>Minister of Agriculture Andi Amran Sulaiman revealed that the\ngovernment found approximately 80 per cent of circulating fortified rice\ndoes not meet quality standards following testing of samples from\nvarious regions. \u201cAfter taking samples of all registered fortified rice,\nas well as some unregistered ones, 80 per cent of the registered stock\ndoes not meet the standard,\u201d the Minister stated during a media briefing\nin Jakarta.<\/p>\n<p>Minister of Villages and Disadvantaged Regions, Yandri Susanto, urged\nthe public to be wary of provocative narratives on social media\nregarding the Kopdes Merah Putih (Red and White Village Cooperative). He\nnoted that misleading content has been circulating, falsely claiming\nthat the establishment of kiosks and grocery stores is prohibited within\na two-kilometre radius of the cooperative, and that existing shops would\nface fines or orders to relocate.<\/p>\n<p>Minister of Housing and Residential Areas, Maruarar Sirait, announced\nthat Danantara is prepared to build 141,000 units of subsidised low-cost\nflats (rusun) on the donated Meikarta land in Bekasi Regency, West Java.\nHe noted that the 30-hectare donated land has completed the handover\nprocess to the state, assisted by the Ministry of Finance and the\nMinistry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning\/National Land Agency\n(ATR\/BPN).<\/p>\n<p>PT Pertamina (Persero) announced that the price of non-subsidised\nPertamax fuel will decrease to Rp15,950 per litre starting 1 August.\nAccording to Pertamina\u2019s official website, the company is implementing\nthis fuel price adjustment.<\/p>",
