        "content": "<p>PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk (BBTN) will hold an\nExtraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) today, Friday\n(4\/9\/2026). One of the primary agendas of the meeting is the change of\nthe company\u2019s management.<\/p>\n<p>According to the EGMS notice, the meeting will take place from 14:00\nWIB until completion at Menara BTN, Central Jakarta, and can be attended\nelectronically via the Electronic General Meeting System\n(eASY.KSEI).<\/p>\n<p>In the document, BTN stated that the proposal for management changes\noriginates from the Series A Dwiwarna Shareholders. This proposal refers\nto the Ministry of SOEs Letter No.\u00a0SR-348\/BP\/06\/2026, dated 29 June\n2026.<\/p>\n<p>The specific agenda item for the EGMS is listed as \u201cChanges to the\nCompany\u2019s Management\u201d. The appointment or dismissal of members of the\nBoard of Directors and\/or the Board of Commissioners will be conducted\nthrough a General Meeting of Shareholders attended and approved by the\nSeries A Dwiwarna Shareholders.<\/p>\n<p>Previously, BTN President Director Nixon LP Napitupulu mentioned that\nthe agenda for changing the management structure in this EGMS originated\nfrom Danantara. However, management was still awaiting certainty\nregarding which management positions would undergo changes.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are still waiting for them to inform us which officials will be\nchanged,\u201d said Nixon during the performance presentation as of 30 June\n2026 at Menara BTN 2, Thursday (16\/7\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, regarding stock performance, BBTN closed at the level of\nRp1,255 in Thursday\u2019s (3\/9\/2026) trading, strengthening by 2.45%. BBTN\nshares have begun to show positive momentum after rising and returning\nabove the 20-day moving average (MA20).<\/p>\n<p>The movement of BBTN shares has also drawn significant attention\nahead of the EGMS on Friday (4\/9\/2026), which is scheduled to address\nthe changes in the company\u2019s management.<\/p>",
