Jakarta (ANTARA) - PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk (BTN) plans
to distribute dividends for the 2026 financial year with a dividend
payout ratio in the range of 20-25 per cent of total net profit.

“Currently, in our 2026 Bank Business Plan (RBB), we have indeed
written 20-25 per cent,” said BTN President Director Nixon LP Napitupulu
during the 2026 Public Expose Live in Jakarta on Thursday.

Nevertheless, certainty regarding the dividend amount will be agreed
upon based on the results of the General Meeting of Shareholders
(RUPS).

“So, we remain consistent with the figure written in the RBB. But
once again, this will depend on what is announced during the RUPS.
Because, ultimately, dividends are the prerogative of the shareholders,”
he explained.

Previously, the Company decided not to distribute dividends for the
2025 financial year. This was due to BTN’s need for significant capital
to fund large-scale business expansion plans, including the direct
purchase of third-party credit portfolios.

BTN recorded a consolidated net profit of Rp2.4 trillion throughout
the first half of 2026, an increase of 40.8 per cent year-on-year. This
profit was supported by credit and financing disbursements, which rose
11.2 per cent year-on-year to Rp418.11 trillion as of the end of June
2026.

This credit growth was accompanied by a gross non-performing loan
(NPL) ratio of 3 per cent, an improvement compared to the June 2025
position of 3.3 per cent.
",
