PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk (BTN) is once again seeking new\ninnovations to address challenges in the housing sector through the BTN\nHousingpreneur Batch 3 competition.<\/p>\n
Registration for BTN Housingpreneur Batch 3 officially opens from 28\nSeptember until 30 November 2026. This initiative is designed to support\nentrepreneurship within the housing sector by involving students, the\ngeneral public, developers, and business players within the housing\necosystem.<\/p>\n
BTN Corporate Secretary Ramon Armando stated in Jakarta on Tuesday\nthat the primary spirit of BTN Housingpreneur stems from the\nincreasingly diverse challenges in meeting housing needs, which require\ninnovation across the entire industry supply chain.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe issues within the housing ecosystem today are becoming\nincreasingly diverse and dynamic. Therefore, BTN wants to establish BTN\nHousingpreneur as a space for the birth of ideas, innovations, and new\nbusiness models capable of providing real solutions. We invite\ninnovators to view every housing challenge as a great opportunity to be\nexplored and developed,\u201d said Ramon.<\/p>\n
In this year\u2019s implementation, participants can compete through two\nmain categories: Design & Architecture and Housing Related\nInnovation.<\/p>\n
The registration series began with a Kick-Off event at the University\nof Indonesia, featuring musician Sal Priadi, and continued with\nroadshows to several universities, including Sriwijaya University,\nBandung Institute of Technology, Diponegoro University, and Udayana\nUniversity in Bali.<\/p>\n
Ramon explained that the roadshows to various universities aim to\nexpand the programme\u2019s reach while uncovering innovation potential from\ndifferent regions.<\/p>\n
\u201cBTN wants to reach as many talents and innovators from various\nbackgrounds as possible. Through this series of roadshows, we hope to\nfind fresh ideas that are not only creative but also relevant to\ncommunity needs and have the potential to be implemented within the\nhousing ecosystem,\u201d said Ramon.<\/p>\n
After the registration period closes, the competition will enter the\njudging phase, culminating in the BTN Expo in early 2027.<\/p>\n
In addition to total prizes worth billions of rupiah, BTN\nHousingpreneur Batch 3 also provides access to business incubation and\nbusiness matching for participants, ensuring that the ideas generated\ncan be implemented as real solutions for the national housing\necosystem.<\/p>\n
