BTN\nrecorded disbursement under the Housing Program Credit (KPP) reaching\nRp2.97 trillion as of 18 May 2026. The figure comprises Rp1.98 trillion\nfor KPP Supply and Rp987 billion for KPP Demand. BTN Chief Executive\nOfficer Nixon L.P. Napitupulu said that housing needs must be balanced\nwith developers\u2019 project readiness so that financing distribution runs\neffectively. \u2018KPP Supply is designed to strengthen developers\u2019 capacity\nto build housing projects, while KPP Demand ensures the public has\naccess to affordable financing to own a home,\u2019 he said in a written\nstatement on Thursday, 21 May 2026. BTN notes that KPP Supply\ndisbursement has reached about 33 percent of this year\u2019s target of Rp6\ntrillion. Meanwhile, KPP Demand has absorbed about 25 percent of the Rp4\ntrillion quota.
